
At 8:00 a.m. on Monday, August 4, 2025, Shenzhen Derl Technology Co., Ltd. grandly held the "Company-Wide Mobilization Meeting for Quality Improvement"
in the first-floor open area at the front entrance of Workshop B in the industrial park. Mr. Xie Yun, General Manager, attended the meeting and delivered an
important speech. Mr. Lei, Head of the Production & Manufacturing Center, along with all management staff and frontline employees, participated in the event.
With the theme "Unite All Employees' Strength, Focus on Quality Improvement, and Win Market Competition", the meeting sounded the clarion call for the company
to comprehensively strengthen quality management.
In his speech, General Manager Xie Yun emphasized, "Quality is the foundation of an enterprise's survival and, more importantly, the core weapon in market competition."
Facing the increasingly fierce industry environment, Derl must engage all employees in full-process control, integrating quality awareness into every link of R&D, production,
and services. He put forward three core requirements:
1. Strengthen quality responsibility: From management to frontline employees, everyone is the primary responsible person for quality;
2. Optimize production standards: Strictly implement international quality management systems and promote process upgrading;
3. Adhere to customer demand orientation: Drive product iteration based on market feedback to build a "zero-defect" reputation.
Mr. Lei, Head of Derl's Production & Manufacturing Center, stated, "Quality is not a cold standard, but the dedication hidden in every link. The path to quality requires us
to walk steadily side by side."
This meeting marks the official launch of Derl Technology's "Quality Improvement Year" special plan. Subsequent actions will focus on process training, quality inspections,
and supply chain collaboration, ensuring continuous improvement in product quality and providing customers with a better user experience.
